Ordered the 13500 dual fuel based on a recommendation and reviews. I received tracking, looked like a 3-5 day turn around. I got a call from a freight company to schedule the delivery. On the morning of delivery, the company called to tell me it didn't arrive and recommend I call Duromax directly. I called and emailed several times before finally reaching someone live and asking to cancel the order and get a refund. I randomly got an email a day later stating there was an issue with the freight company and I would be refunded.

Purchased this unit to run backup power for an outdoor walk-in cooler box for my catering business. Shipping was lightning fast and unpacking & setup was very easy. We followed all the setup instructions and were up and running in no time at all. This unit will handle my 30 amp line for the cooler and still has plenty of power for my small 15 amp outlets. Runs great on gasoline or propane. Looks and feels well built for the price.

The day I finished assembly and started it up for the break in we lost power, so I followed all the interlock instructions and we had power for the next 4 hrs. Perfect timing, ran like a champ. The whole house couldn't be more proud of choosing DuroMax 13000, perfect!

I loved the comprehensive, clear setup instructions and big pictures. It's surprising how detailed the service manual is! Plenty of handy stickers and placards instructing how to start and stop the generator.

Recently bought and they gave me the sale price even though I bought a day before. I noticed the dipstick is a little hard to get to, and the oil drain hole sits slightly over a support beam. Had no other issues with the 6 to 8 hour break in period running the gen.
